      Really good work if you’re in design, especially if you’re new to the work world and just getting your feet wet.

      Cons

      I always saw this as a starter job. But I worked with several designers who have stayed for most of their career and they loved it, so it really just depends on where you see your life going.

      This is the company that set me up for success as a designer. You want management that’s going to coddle you and reward you for sub-par work? Forget about it. This is the real world kids, and your clients are going to be expecting you to deliver designs that match their visions wherever you go. Buckle up and get used to it or find a new career path.
