Pros

None that I can think of...unless being a slave appeals to you.

Cons

Really low pay. I still qualify for Welfare top-up every month even though I work full time and am away from home three nights a week. In four years of employment here...I have received only one raise of $.01 over two years ago. Drivers are consistently disrespected, are only a number...and "meat in the seat". "State of the Art Facilities"???? That's a joke!!! Favouritism runs rampant in this company. I have worked here for a little over four years and have gone through my paces to recently obtained day runs...only to be told I'm now at the bottom of the seniority list and have to do the crap runs again. I'm done being treated like Challenger's personal whipping boy. I didn't sign up for the poop they're shovelling these days. Time to find a job where I'll be treated like a human being and where I will be paid what I'm worth.

Pros

Pay is accurate according to payscale given to you. Newer equipment, well taken care of. Office employees are polite, treat drivers ok.

Cons

Single driver pay per mile is ridiculously low. Team driver pay per mile is below market too. CMF will run you until you say stop. You need to learn to say "NO" and "STOP" really well or you will burn out. Most of office employees are great at the game of deflection, so it takes persistence to get the answers you need. The recruiter will say whatever you what to hear, it has nothing to do with where you'll be actually going on the route.

Pros

Fun place to work as the people are nice.

Cons

Not stable as was layed off with 50 other employees. No career growth. You are pigeon holed into what you were hired for.
