After two sessions of firing people in 2020 the company decided to close the NL office and move everything to Brazil. There was little to no communication with the employees.

Nice people Some teams try innovative stuff Lunch is included You can seat with every team and try to understand a bit better about their work Comprehensive-time offs (sick days, apartment looks, etc) [if comparing to other companies]

Cons

Bad at feedbacks, especially negative ones Too controlling o time you work, materials you use, etc Lack of leadership in some areas Trying to hire only the best paying a salary that could be better, slows down the process There's no arguing with some people Some expenses have to accumulate before they pay you (and nobody tells you this beforehand) Conference money is a joke due to actual costs of going to conferences Too much politics
