Pros

Pay is good benefits are good of you are in the right position. If you work in the office food, snacks and drinks are provided.

Cons

Lots to list here.... owner is a foul mouthed, rude, racist jerk.He thinks just because he pays you a little more than market he can yell, swear and treat you how he feels. Management group is very cliquish that play games. Owners sons work there and get paid a ton of money to do nothing but make your life miserable because they can and have not real qualification in the position they are placed in.. The only minority workers are in the plant and mostly Hispanic. They are referred to by derogatory names behind closed doors. If the owner is having a bad day he makes sure everybody has a bad day as well. They don't pay their bills on time and it makes getting equipment and resources difficult . I would not not ever do business with them as a supplier. They frequently overlook quality issues just to get product out the door. Stressful environment, no HR department and you are told things to "keep you happy and quiet" but they never follow thru on their promises. Too many "good employees' were let go or quit because they wouldn't "play the game" when they were trying to improve things as directed.

Pros

Good pay, that’s about it. There is nothing good to say about this company. I was fired to care for my children and they have ruined my family life. I had a great job before. I regret leaving to come to this company

Cons

Horrible company. Everyone is very ignorant and rude to their employees. They love to fire people. I have 2 little girls and they were sick. Me, my husband, my mom, and son took time off to care for the kids. This company is to be a family owned company. I had doctors notes and still was fired. The owner is a racist and only had Hispanics working on the dock with low pay. The language in the office was disgraceful. The owner would throw the F word ever other word. I was told this was a family business and they was completely false. As for the CSRs, well, that was a joke. Holly was the worst most ignorant person I ever met. This company is a joke!!!!

Pros

Lots of overtime if you want it. Weekly paycheck. Paid lunches, willing to pay for education depending level of employment. If you're not a line packer then pay can be good depending on your department

Cons

Lack of communication between shifts, no organization, don't tell the owner mentality, two faced supervisors , poor ventilation, too much family in all levels of employment (not just the owner's family), unequal pay for same skills. No standardized training you hit the ground running.
