      Pros

      Office proximity, business casual attire, annual events.

      Cons

      Leadership values the good ole boys, minimal increases, mediocre benefits. Organizational units valued more than others. Inconsistent policy implementation. If you’re in HR, ChampionX is best described as a mess. Attrition for HR is astronomical, and leadership continues to be confused as to why. The apergy ChampionX merger exposed severe gaps in policy, hr practices and even in the HR dept leaders have made some comments that are not inclusive nor promote diversity.

      Pros

      The pros , it depends on your manager. My manager is great and flexible, does not demand that I be in the office 5 days a week. This is what is keeping me at this job.

      Cons

      Very few people leaders, no diversity (People of color) in leadership especially middle management . Okay pay could be better especially since more people are taking on extra work and more stress.
