Nothing positive to say. They’re garbage. No leadership or a real HR person.

Our firm has never had the position of "Associate Manager". We did not terminate anyone, and nobody has left, our company since summer 2019. Most importantly, we are very proud that during the COVID-19 pandemic, every and each employee at Change Group Americas has continued to receive FULL salary and FULL benefits, and absolutely nobody was let go. We deeply care for our people and their families, and our decisions during unprecedented times clearly show it.

Everyone is “nice” and “friendly” your first few months then it’s nothing but erratic outburst and disgusting behavior
Cons
This company wants to be a consulting firm like Deloitte but they will never grow that large because of their own faults. The CEO is rude and no one says anything to him not even HR. DO NOT WORK HERE. They don’t want you to grow they just want you around to belittle you.
