Pros

Location Gym membership HR were ok Canteen staff were friendly Magazines

Cons

Everything The systems they use are very old, possibly 15 - 20 years old, a simple job in another company becomes a huge manual task. The people are not from a diverse pool, lacked real experience and are unable to think outside of their small box. The manager I had was like a 3 year old with ADHD, he screamed and bounced around the office over Hannah Montana merchandise. Senior management reminded me of the police department in Money Mississippi 1954, but I was not surprised. The office was filthy, no cleaners were assigned for the office floor so rotting food in the fridge was normal. The kettle (shared between 30+) was a health hazard, there were no water machines just vending machines. Everyone hated it and were scared when RD came in to the office on his impromptu visits due to rumours that he fired people for having a food item on their desks. Facebook was allowed but not hotmail.

Pros

Viacom incentives, Good central location.

Cons

The environment harkens to the 1950's. Very backward in relation to what the rest of the world is aware of and what the industry as a whole is doing. With a self professed 'UKIPPY' image it isn't uncommon to be privy to offensive and racist comments or discriminatory behaviour which I found shocking. Many employees have talents which aren't being utilised in accordance with their roles, which is why many left during my time there. The revolving door of employees speaks volumes. After having heard and seen the suspect actions of management and HR if you decide to join this company, join a union!!!!! Good Luck!
