      Get so many benefits including equal share service charge every end of months.

      Cons

      Cannot assign our timesheet. Therefore, make it hard for students to adjust time with academic schedules

      Pros

      Diverse and friendly team, upscale environment, and good service charge to encourage a high quality service. Good incentives for staff, as well as a generous company wide discount.

      Cons

      Zero hours contract so they can cut hours easily. A fast-paced environment means those who don't learn quickly get cut immediately, and there is not much room for growth in some areas.
