Fun place to work with a great team
Pros
Definitely a fun company with a strong sense of team collaboration and working together. There are some amazing people that work here - you need to have the right sense of humour to fit in. The senior people in the team take a lot of time and care when helping other members of the team which presents a huge learning opportunity. This is also one of the best creative agencies I have worked at as the output is fantastic. The MD is very much into team days out, going for drinks etc. Most people have children so Chaos is very flexible when needing to handle childcare related matters. The company encourages a healthy work/life balance. Annual bonus is nice.
Cons
Chances of progression is slim so I think this place is perfect if you want to have a comfortable, stress-free job. It isn’t impossible….but slim. There are pay issues between team members across all departments – unfair and very disappointing to find out. No perks like medical, dental etc – instead the company spends the budget on team building days/lunches/drinks etc which is fair enough if that is something that is important to you.
