Good company, upper management is excellent. Pay is good, benefits are good, they have no problem when I need to see a doctor. I'm happy with them, they treat me with respect.
Cons
Property managers need to check with maintenance personnel to see what our schedules are before they call us off a job sight for trivial stuff they think is more important than what our scheduled W/O.
