-Company tells people it's a big business, with lots of patent attorney and staff. It gets lot of business from abroad, who cannot check the real condition of the office -In reality the company is a tiny office with us four translators, who do everything (translating, filing, admin jobs, courier work) -The boss who is working from home and never at the office is the only patent attorney working. THERE ARE NO OTHER ATTORNEYS! -The company has fictional people on email. But they don't exist. It's just the boss having several emails with unreal names. It is just us four translators. It almost is fraudulent practice. -Salary is divided between monthly salary and daily allowance. They make it so when they fire you get less. -No career opoortunity. It's just translators and the boss.
