Pros

Flat management structure. The CEO is always eager to chat with you about anything. Everyone here is super smart, talented, and passionate so there is always something new to learn. Sales team is fantastic. Great salary, good benefits, a little short on PTO.

Cons

With a flat management structure, there really isn't any room for a career advancement.

Pros

The people genuinely care and are all willing to both give and receive advice. The management team want to make sure you are taken care of, and that your comfort is more important than any single assignment.

Cons

Its consulting. It’s not for everyone. Other than that, it can be frustrating sometimes that there is not a true office atmosphere because people are normally at their job sites or remote rather than in a shared office.

From my very beginnings there, Chariot and its management always demonstrated how much they care for the people working there. This in turn, translates into wonderful service to their customers because happy, content consultants means happy, content customers. It also helps that they hire the best engineers, all of this making it an everyday a pleasure to work there.

Cons

Why is this field mandatory? Sometimes, there really isn’t a downside. 😉
