The people genuinely care and are all willing to both give and receive advice. The management team want to make sure you are taken care of, and that your comfort is more important than any single assignment.

Its consulting. It’s not for everyone. Other than that, it can be frustrating sometimes that there is not a true office atmosphere because people are normally at their job sites or remote rather than in a shared office.
