There was a challenging period when we had a demanding client from a major hotel group. Their excessive requests often required us to work around the clock, negatively impacting our mental health and overall job satisfaction. Even our boss's private life was significantly disrupted by this client.
To manage the workload, we sought external support. Unfortunately, the new staff lacked the necessary experience and contributed to a negative work environment with office politics and defamation of colleagues and the company. Fortunately, our boss decided to sever ties with this client, and those disruptive colleagues eventually left.
While there is a possibility that they may continue to tarnish our reputation elsewhere, the office politics have subsided. We have returned to a positive and happy work environment. Additionally, we are now attracting more agreeable clients who trust our design expertise and decision-making.
