Leadership was problematic and it was always chaotic. The company is fairly established, but it never felt like they had things figured out. This resulted in a lot of reactive decision making and a volatile work environment. I endured a lot during my tenure, always hoping it'd get better, but it never really did. Many of us felt undervalued and overstretched. That was solidified after they laid several people off in order to sell the company. The CEO was hardly there except to seemingly blow things up and make people uncomfortable.

Misogyny, got told repeatedly by male c-suite members to “smile more”. Poorly run, they laid off most of the employees who aren’t management, and a good part of the rest jumped ship. CEO is also known for becoming incredibly intoxicated and behaving inappropriately at work events. They do not accommodate and even shame mental health disorders.
