A contracting company specified in concrete and builds Huge Projects ( Louvre Museum in Abu Dhabi , Park View Saadiyat in Abou Dhabi)
Cons
Doesn't take any project as Designing, it's a contracting company not a consultant one. most of the time i spent the time on site not in the office designing and working on softwares

I'm the boss so nobody gets to tell me what to do - except clients obviously, but even then they generally just let me get on with it, after all they are paying for me to do stuff not be managed by them.
Cons
Clients, well actually it's not the clients (they are mostly lovely) it's the lack of them. When I don't have a client there ain't no income
