Great learning experience; if you can thrive in a sink or swim environment, CTS is for you.
Cons
There was little to no support from the company, nor organization structure. You will learn many company policies haphazardly and will be reprimanded for not knowing policy beforehand. Be prepared to fight for your job if it conflicts with the CEO's self-interest, and also be ready to get muckraked to keep a client. If you are looking to be undercompensated and ignored by upper management, CTS is for you. I have only communicated with CTS staff 10 times over a period of 3 years.
