No job security, if the managment contract for the airplane you are on is lost and they dont have any other positions for you (most likely the case) you are out the door. They expect and actually demand your loyalty (with a 2 year training bond) but will not have your back if something happens. If you are on a "good acount" might not be a problem but thats all upto whatever airplane you get assined to. No schedule what so ever. This company does not value training, they will just assinge anyone to the training captin role regardless of experience then act suppriesed when people cant meet the standards. They also outsorce all there sim training and have no oversight over how its done so that is also a problem. really they do not trust there people and it shows in the results they get. No standards between how diffrent aircraft in the same fleets get operatied.
