Pros
Working for an early stage startup is exciting - always something to do. The CEO, James, surrounded himself with a lot of great advisors and investors. I think the company has a really aggressive approach to growth, which is exciting.
Cons
Working with a small startup also has its downside - always straining for more resources. We could have used a few more folks to work on mobile and API when I was working for Chat Sports.
