Benefits: Flexible hours: You are free to work whenever you want and wherever you are. Easy work: Relatively easy work in helping the customers.

Cons

Disadvantages 1. Low pay 2. Inconsistent workloads, where there are times with high idle and those with high queries.

Work when you want. That is literally the only good thing.

Cons

There are SO many times you will answer a ticket and not get paid for it. You will get paused for no reason and lose out on so much money. There are never any team leads on Slack to answer your question so you are left to skip those tickets and make no money. It is NOT worth it.
