Pros

This is a very small company (literally 10 or less employees) so you will enjoy your time with the handful of employees that you work with. You might make a friend or two.

Cons

This is a very deceitful company with red flags flying all around the office in terms of ethics, the way employees get treated, and how clients are deliberately lied to in order to churn a profit. The CEO is a self proclaimed "success story" that tends to hold herself highly as a business professional, which in actuality contradicts how she runs her business. The points below will outline all that I have witnessed as a dedicated full time employee: As an employee at CBM, you'll be required to lie to clients at all times. As I have mentioned before, there's approximately 10 employees, however that doesn't account for the 20+ fake aliases that are representing the company to give the company this glamorous appeal of being a "larger company". We have clients all the time inquiring about someone that no one in the office has ever heard of before. The positive reviews on Glassdoor is another prime example of the continuous lying that happens at this place. All the positive reviews are written by none other.... The CEO herself. Don't believe me? If you get an interview, ask the employees around the office how they feel about the work situation/environment at CBM. Facial expressions, prolonged delays in responses, and honest verbal answers should provide you all the clarification that you need. Let's move on to ethics. Since the workforce at CBM is practically non-existent and the clients who were bamboozled to do business with CBM still need services delivered. You would think that a digital agency would deliver quality work, especially for the amount of marketing dollars some of these companies are shelling out. Nope! Guess again! There's a huge outflow of work being outsourced to 3rd world countries and this very popular online platform of freelancers that do terrible work for five dollars. Let's move on to the topic about how you will be treated. If you like being paid on time for the hours you have worked and because you have bills to pay, you can forget about that. On top of not being paid on time, you also won't be notified that you're not getting a paycheck until it's actually brought up in conversation at the office. Want a raise for being loyal and a hard working employee? The response you'll receive is that you're replaceable by someone in the Philippines or India who is willing to work for a 1/5th of what you're worth. There's a reason why this agency has a terrible reputation and a higher turn over rate than any other agency in Orlando. If you're in dire need of a "job" (not a career), this is a place to collect a late paycheck twice a month to get your bills paid until you find something else. You won't learn much at CBM but you will learn not to work for another company that has the same red flags as I have mentioned throughout this post.

We appreciate you leaving this thorough review even though many of your points are incorrect as we have more than 10 staff (in fact we publish this on our website for everyone to see), Glassdoor are have filters to make sure all reviews are unique and real, paychecks are always paid on time and in fact we have a 3rd party CPA firm who does this for us to make sure all payments are direct deposit and on time. I'm really sorry that your experience at Chatter Buzz isn't what you thought it'd be. We're truly committed to constant improvement, transparency, and hiring the RIGHT staff who believes in providing A+ customer service so it's disappointing to hear that you believe this is where we're lacking. To be honest and transparent, we do let go of staff that do not fit our culture/values or cannot keep up with the fast-paced environment that we have as an ad agency. We now have found a new Operations Manager who is committed to keep our positive environment and bring in the staff that is fully committed to go above and beyond for our partners and clients. Our current management would love to chat one-on-one in confidence, if you'd be willing to meet. We are always doing our best to keep a positive environment and be as transparent as we can. Pros

The Staff was great, we all tried to make the best of a negative situation.

Cons

I can promise to anyone looking at this, many of the five-star reviews you see on here are fake. There is no Web Manager, and the most senior employee at any given moment has been here for about a year. This is just a small flavor of the shady, unethical, demeaning behavior you will find if you have the pleasure of working at Chatter Buzz. Company repeatedly goes from 20 employees to 4 employees , to 12 employees, then next week there are 5 employees... It's a wild ride that has no seat belt, no safety checks, there's no one even operating the ride... its just five of you hanging on for your lives, hoping maybe just over the next hill the damn thing crashes and you can stumble off.

All of The Postive Reviews Here Are Fake

Great staff and great location - close to home

Cons

Bad management. Very dishonest leadership and unorganized company. The manager had literally the entire staff walk out on her twice, and the sad thing is that all of these reviews are fake. She hires people in the Philippines to write them for her. Just read the language on some of these positive reviews, and you can tell they are not from real people. Some of the salaries listed are twice what she pays.
