      - You are not just number, you are valuable for the company. - Lean org, we can talk with anyone, even with CEO - People want to improve together - Blameless environment - Best for people who want stable company

      Cons

      - Not for people who has high ego to implement fancy tech - Business over new tech (but we can still adapt new tech) - Not for junior mindset level - No reimbursement system (for learning purpose)

      Pros

      Checkproof has such flexible working it creates a great work life balance. The management structure is horizontal which makes for a really good working relationship. The whole team are so friendly and helpful which really helps breed confidence. There is also so much scope for progression if you want to further your career.
