She is unopen to criticism/suggestions of any kind. This behavior will be justified using an incorrect interpretation of the contract. Don't be fooled, no contract is strong enough to withhold payment from an employee for the work they performed.

The entire leadership promotes a toxic and abusive style of relationship with all of its employees. I didn't talk to a single employee that felt otherwise. They do not value their employees and their culture is extremely toxic. People do not stay for a very long time. Do not give this company the time of day. You (everyone on the planet) deserves better.
