Type of work and the co workers are good.

Cons

Don't trust the offer letter given by HR as the same may not be honoured. Indian management is powerless to do anything to the employees. Too much micro management by CEO irritates employees much. The worst part is the HR, where she doesn't do anything which is employee friendly. Moreover loose talks with employee personal information with everyone. Not expected this much unprofessional behaviour from HR of a company.

Hell lot of work which is good, but unfortunately no will ever try to help/guide.

Cons

Lot of lot of work and mental pressure which affects your health. Lot of politics. No support from anyone. No hikes given at proper time. It depends on CEO mood to give hikes. No bonus given at correct time.

Work.. type and depth of work that we can get, gain experience on is good here. Those who join fresh out of graduation can gain good experience, mostly in networking and/or storage testing.

Cons

Behavior of managers and management post 2013 has been bad. Upper management mostly has ears only to selected few who take this for their advantage. Upper management takes decision based on inputs from a selected few rather than getting inputs from all those involved which result in biased inputs causing bad decisions.
