Pros
Work.. type and depth of work that we can get, gain experience on is good here. Those who join fresh out of graduation can gain good experience, mostly in networking and/or storage testing.
Cons
Behavior of managers and management post 2013 has been bad. Upper management mostly has ears only to selected few who take this for their advantage. Upper management takes decision based on inputs from a selected few rather than getting inputs from all those involved which result in biased inputs causing bad decisions.
