They will teach you mind games in the name of critical thinking. The company is a scam. So i dont see any pros

Cons

No work life balance, lot of politics, toxic work culture, managers are very unprofessional. Every week one or the other employee leaves the company.

Nothing only they give 30000 but will make your mental peace hell that you need to take leave and get your salary cut

Cons

You can survive literally they try to micromanage employees like anything. You cant take breaks nothing is up to the standards they treat like slaves. Make you work 10+ hours, marks you late for 1 min
