This is the truth

Pros

It is a family business; with family at the core. Most of the time, it stays true to family values...to certain people....at certain times....

Cons

Poorly managed, filthy work environment, incompetent managers, immoral practices, fast paced (dangerously fast), management is playing house. It is a shame that the author of the review below is a member of the executive management team. It is clear that the company is making every attempt to shine their image as it has been exposed. This site is for employees to review the company, not for executive management to advertise. It is very clear who specifically wrote that review and I am ashamed. This speaks volumes on how deceptive and immoral this company is. I strongly advise against accepting employment with this company as they have jeopardized the well being of their employees continuously by failing to improve work conditions.

Pros

This company will welcome you with open arms given your personality, thoughts and beliefs are in line and do not challenge theirs.

Cons

Little direction, if any. Poor leadership. Top management "the executives" make bad decisions and repeatedly show a lack of knowledge, experience, and compassion. Managers do not know how to "manage" and are not given the opportunity to learn and grow as a manager. "Executives" micromanage everything. Employees are treated with disrespect and are looked down on. Working conditions are POOR, at best. Everything you bring into the building will either get destroyed by the poor conditions or will be stolen.

Pros

You learn about the bad of working in a corporate office.

Cons

No one will listen to your advice or ideas if you're lower level because everyone is stuck in the old ways.
