This is a toxic work environment, and the employee turnover rate is staggering.

Truthfully, this had to be the worst place I ever worked at. it is unfortunate because it’s a fantastic product line, but, management takes absolutely no risks, they’re horrible people to work under and they let go people faster than you can say ChemDAQ, I am surprised they kept me as long as they did. I had virtually no support in my role. Leaving ChemDAQ was the best thing to ever happen to me and I promise you there are better jobs out there, it’s better to be unemployed than working there.
