Work you to death and poor management

Management is a joke. They play favorites. If you speak out against them in anything, they will punish you any way they can. They micromanage as much as possible. I spoke out against a management change when it happened, and they ended up firing me a year later over some made-up events. (It took them a year to figure out how to get rid of me) Throughout the year, they steadily began changing rules, mostly for me, and once they fired me, they changed the rules basically back the way they were. The management doesn't do their job, in regards to job sites. They expect the spray techs to do their job for them plus their own. Don't work here unless you enjoy being micromanaged, overworked, under appreciated, and under valued. Also, their pay scale is unfair. They started a new guy at the same rate of pay I was making after 1 1/2 years and only 1 raise, even though I was the #2 spray tech in the office. I even had more time in the job than the so-called manager. I don't recommend this job to anyone.
