Pros
Some management changes have been good. Cool technology to work with.
Cons
If you are looking for a first job, do not apply here. They take advantage of your naivety and willingness to overachieve. You are severely underpaid for a science position on Long Island. The work is menial tasks and the environment is rude, disrespectful, and filled with passive aggressive people who will love to make you feel like your entire existence is worthless. I would work tons of overtime and strive to do anything that needed to be done and still got talked to like an unimportant child by certain senior members of the staff. They try to incentivize you to work 12+hr days and weekends by citing "overtime pay" which is still less than other companies in the region pay. Work/life balance simply does not exist. I swore I would never try to work salaried there after seeing the days those employees had to work. Just a nightmare of a company to work for. This doesn't even touch their abject lack of resources for a biotechnology company... They are stuck in the 1980s.
