Pros
The only upside of working for this company was developing relationships with coworkers and building camaraderie knowing that we were all in this together.
Cons
Downsides? This company is the epitome of unethicality and dishonesty. Their outright disregard for their employees state of mind and sense of purpose is disturbing. Blatantly prioritizing the hiring of language-barriered employees for the sake of cultivating a demographic they can belittle and take advantage of. Which prevents their workforce from having the confidence to voice their concerns or speak out against egregious acts of corporate misconduct. You have no voice. Their HR department is only there to hire you, fire you, and do payroll. Their business strategy is to repeat cycles of hiring to fire depending on the size of the orders they receive. They'll hire you to fill an order they're not equipped to fill and then fire you once it's finished, rinse and repeat. All while knowingly lying to impressionable new hires by promising growth and progression when their fate is already sealed. The proof is in the pudding, this company has an extensive 30 year reign of being unprofitable and mediocre all while relying on cheap labor and regretful investors to stay afloat. By far the worst work culture I've ever had the displeasure of being apart of and I mourn for those trapped there with no other options, I pray it gets better for them.
