Pros

Small company, role can be diverse and interesting if you fit in with the clique

Cons

Management here are incompetent, unqualified, weird and have no people skills. They don’t care about you, they won’t look after you if you’re sick, they won’t trust you so micro manage to the point you are unable to perform. If you have half a brain don’t work here. There is no further development for you or pay rises once you start. If you don’t want to stagnate, don’t work here. They will milk a cash cow and never invest until it stops performing, then they will blame everyone except themselves. They will fire you once they have milked your expertise. Most people don’t survive 2 years. Very odd company.

Pros

Its local. Thats the only positive aspect to working here. If i had known of the boys club protectionist nature of the company i would have stayed in my old job.

Cons

No chance of progression because the managers are very insecure, taking your concepts as their own. Its very totalitarian with staff being disciplined for positive ideas because management pride was bruised. These same concepts reappearing weeks later as management ideas.

Pros

I cannot even think of one. When it started in 2015 it hage huge ambition.

Cons

It quickly became an exclusive club of unprofessional management who fail to take responsibility for their disasterous decision making. They use materials exclusive to their biggest customer for all other customers plates because their equipment is very non functional. The plant manager and her clique of management friends are not being honest with the company owners who have invested millions.
