Pros
Pay is based on how hard you work. Compensation can be great, benefits are terrible (there is none) except for the company truck. Retirement profit sharing is almost non existent.
Cons
Management is bonkers. They know the basics of the job but if something is beyond their knowledge they cuss and scream at you to figure it out and hang up on you. If you try to make things better you only get treated worse because you're bucking the system. Has only gotten worse through the years. Unsafe work environment.
