Toxic Overtime Culture: You are judged if you leave the company on time. Management frequently assigns new tasks just five minutes before the end of the day, forcing you to stay late under an uncomfortable and unfriendly atmosphere. Unsupportive Colleagues: The team is highly unwelcoming. Even knowing you are new, colleagues are unwilling to answer questions and often display a poor attitude. The more senior and experienced they are, the harder they are to communicate with. Micromanaging & Old-School Leadership: The boss is absolutely right. Asking for clarification a second time results in immediate blame. Beyond being incredibly difficult to get along with, her working style is outdated. Emails need to be printed out in an enlarged font size. You need approval for every minor move, in lack of efficiency and making the work even more tedious. Poor Office Facilities: The pantry is tiny, with half of the space storing servers. The fridge is unexpectedly small, making it difficult for anyone to bring their lunch. And the water dispenser is very old; you are expected to lift and change the heavy water bottles yourself.
