      Great work life balance with room for growth, Internal promotions and incentives.

      Cons

      Not many to think of. Because its a good place to work, not many people leave making roles limited for growth, but you can transfer across their portfolio of residences,

      Poor planning and lack of support from managers

      Pros

      On less busy days it is quite nice working environment.

      Cons

      There are strict prescribed limits for cleaning each room, which is normal, however management does not account for exceptional situation and does not support the team in these situations. They will work you hard for their own poor planning and will cut your worked hours down because you 'were not fast enough'.

      Office politics Hiring People from a certain country or allowing certain jobs to particular people. If they don't speak their national language like European or Asian they find a way to fire them
