Mission driven organization, passionate and collaborative colleagues

Cons

Lower level staff is undervalued and severely underpaid. High work load. No room for career development. Don't live up to their values.

Great working with non profits in Chicago and making a difference

Cons

A new leadership team was brought in with little understanding of Trust's strengths. Some great people were fired or quit. Too much focus on getting rich donors and less on those in need.
