Stay away. Unprofessional.

Pros

Free bagels on Fridays, and free dinner on game-days. That's about it.

Cons

No personal growth. Bias against women. You'll only be taken seriously if you're a guy that is buddy-buddy with the inexperienced (male) senior managers and leaders. Super high turnover because everyone is so miserable. Super low compensation which does not make up for the excessive hours and commutes. Outdated arena. Very rare bonus opportunities.

Pros

Fun people to work with.

Cons

Very disorganized, don’t appreciate employees, extremely underpaid, no days given off. After working long weekend hours, they give unpaid late starts. They don’t care about turnover or unhappy employees.
