Pros
If you can fit into their small-minded business model, in a small town, amongst a tight-knit click, then you can probably do okay working at this company.
Cons
I received a low wage, and unrealistic expectations were placed upon me. This is a toxic workplace. At 90 days I was given a review but no opportunity to address the items on the review. This is the most poorly run nonprofit organization I have ever encountered.
