The management REALLY needs a make over, the executive director is usually very rude to staff, the program director cares but is to overworked to really help others, it feels like this agency has grown too much an it has lost the sense of family once had turning in to a more business like atmosphere. Workers are over work to the bone and everyone is always under A LOT of stress!!!

Changing political climate within organization undermines best outcomes for client families. High degree of poor morale for staff as well as clients in newly acquired agencies followed by displacement of services and lay offs.
