-Mix of OT and SLP. Lots of experienced clinicians and a good workplace culture.
-Child-led, current with treatment interventions.
-Mix of clinic, Early Intervention and home health (not true HH but continuation of EI).
Cons
-Pay is "once a month" but I won't receive my first paycheck until I've worked seven weeks
-Pay per hour, not visit. Frequent last minute cancellations without any compensation.
-Drive time and slow case build. The majority of referrals come from Commerce City-area.
-Poor benefits: Accrue 1 hour of PTO for every 30 billable hours. Only eligible for health insurance after 90 days of employment, and must hit 25 billable hours a week to qualify.
-Multiple EMR platforms.
