Pros

CEO cares about employees, company offers numerous perks, ex. discount tickets to sporting events, theme parks, shows, Get Healthy Incentives, 3% annual raise, four weeks vacation after 5 years.

Cons

Management is not helpful, supervisors are incompetent. The company will hire anyone who meets minimum requirements (or sometimes even those who don't) regardless of experience, professionalism, maturity. Supervisors play favorites, treat different staff members unequally, and management allows this.

Pros

Great kids and sometimes the employees were nice. They made coming to work worth it. The CEO was awesome and actually gers to know you.

Cons

Cliquey senior staff. Management lacked communication especially in my department. Lack of constructive criticism. Upper management puts you down if you try to make suggestions.
