Pros
- Colleagues are really high tech skilled. - You will never be boring here as people are cheerful. - A lot of different projects, you can improve your skills very fast in different fields
Cons
- "Salary above market pay" that is written in ads is not relevant to the current market state, may be relevant to 2015 years, but not to 2020. - The salary is paid using the author's royalties. It means that your social tax is not fully paid and you are not insured against losing your job and no money is saved for retirement. - The salary is paid by the hour. This is good if you can work more than needed, but on the other hand, if you are ill, you do not get paid at all. - Overtime is not double paid.
