Hybrid work policy is quite strict: you are expected to be in the office three days a week. Management can also unexpectedly terminate employees even after more than six months of work with good performance, giving just one day’s notice, which feels very insecure and unfair. The CEO tends to make impulsive decisions and often gives unclear tasks and expectations.
