Pros

For upskilling and work experience.

Cons

No work life balance | Corporate Slavery | Unnecessary meetings/sessions | Underpaid. The inherent personality of a micromanager will never change, whether you wanted it badly for them or not. Some of these minds look for flaws in every aspect and place employees in a concerning position. You never know what you did wrong when it's always highly sensitive to them since they over emphasize every minor instance and presume bad behaviors on staffs and insistent upon making up rules and let things done their way. These people enjoy nitpicking employees and mentally abusing their target employees by making life a living hell for them at work that leads to hostile or discriminatory work environment. Some tenured staffs are likely to be narcissists, thus you'll grow more like them as narcissism is widely practiced in their culture. Most employees have experienced mental abuse at some point and also, the workers enjoy sabotaging and belittling their peers in order to get to the top. This toxic environment is never a concern for them because the upper heads idolise such "office-jerks."

Pros

Getting the chance to learn and develop ones skills. I enjoyed and learned so alot from cb for that I am grateful. I hope they improve their management so the company grows more and they really achieve their vision.

Cons

Many things that made peple like me leave Chillibreeze. 1. No more Social life, the work takes so much time and pressure. 2. Punctuality for Chillibreeze is only beginning on time not ending. 3. Working hrs starts from 8 am, though it is written 9. Somedays it may even start earlier. 4. The company learns alot about culture and we got to learn that in the training and inspire but the company does not practice that. They expect new people to learn and use them. 5. Chillibreeze believes in work life integration. They teach to be responsible, ironically you have to let go of your personal responsibilities at home as you wont have time. I am sharing all this so the company improves as they always say," we are a learning organization"

Pros

No pros at all only cons

Cons

If you're considering working at Chillibreeze, think twice. It’s genuinely one of the worst places I’ve worked at. The turnover rate is alarmingly high — people keep leaving, but the management refuses to reflect or make any real changes. That alone should be a red flag. The pay is low, the targets are unreasonably high, and the pressure is constant. There’s absolutely no work-life balance. You're expected to give your all — emotionally, mentally, even physically — but get very little in return. There’s a lot of talk about values and culture, but in practice, it’s just used to justify overworking employees. If you value your mental health, career growth, or even just your weekends, I’d strongly advise looking elsewhere.
