Pros

The training is great, you do learn a lot. And the hours are great and plus no weekends. Also if you work hard enough BEFORE getting let go, there is a good chance of rehire and moving up in management.

Cons

They let you go without any notice, they mislead you to think that you will be on the job for a longer period of time, the pay is terrible because if you are off by even 1 minute, your pay goes from 14.00 to 10.50. If you need a job, go for it! But don’t pass up something better for this!

Pros

Weekly Pay, gain an insane amount of knowledge in a short amount of time.

Cons

Pay rate, schedule changes, dress code, rules, management, uncertainty. The longer your stay here the bigger the cracks you see become. By the time I left they were making it so that if you are even a minute late you lose out on your “incentive pay”. Meaning you’ll be paid at $10.55 instead of $12, $13 or $14/hr. I understand that it’s done that way to push punctuality but it’s not good for a persons way of life. Nothing here is consistent. You’ll change clients at the drop of the dime and will need to learn new information in anywhere from 1 to 10 days before it will need to be applied. I’ve seen whole teams get let go because they Clients was finished with them. One manager May say your clothing is ok, just for you to walk a little bit and have another make you go home or to the mall buy new clothes so that you can change. Ooops! Now you’re off the clock, no longer hitting the 40hours of your schedule shift so you’re back at $10.55 for the week.... if you NEED a job, take this, they hire just about any damn body. But if you have the time to find something better stay far far away!

Pros

I did have great co-workers.

Cons

They are extremely unorganized, false advertisement regarding pay, they tell you that you get paid 14 dollars a hour but the actual reality is that your base pay is 10.55 and you only will get the 14 dollars if you work a certain amount of hours each week. Their IT department is a joke good luck getting any assistance with any system issues which are mainly because they give you this old computers 5 ccrs before you information on there. Oh and they don’t pay you for that. I’ve had one good manager the entire time there who sadly left due to seeking better employment herself for the rest I’m sure they only earned their position by buddying up to the upper management. They don’t answer your questions, they don’t care about your issues, they are never available. Oh but they’ll be available to ask you to stay overtime to clear the queue. They also don’t tell you that your job is not guaranteed, you job security is based on the clients needs after AE which is only 3 months you may or may not be out of a job. Bottom line there is a reason there is a high turnover rate don’t be fooled.
