Pros
Weekly Pay, gain an insane amount of knowledge in a short amount of time.
Cons
Pay rate, schedule changes, dress code, rules, management, uncertainty. The longer your stay here the bigger the cracks you see become. By the time I left they were making it so that if you are even a minute late you lose out on your “incentive pay”. Meaning you’ll be paid at $10.55 instead of $12, $13 or $14/hr. I understand that it’s done that way to push punctuality but it’s not good for a persons way of life. Nothing here is consistent. You’ll change clients at the drop of the dime and will need to learn new information in anywhere from 1 to 10 days before it will need to be applied. I’ve seen whole teams get let go because they Clients was finished with them. One manager May say your clothing is ok, just for you to walk a little bit and have another make you go home or to the mall buy new clothes so that you can change. Ooops! Now you’re off the clock, no longer hitting the 40hours of your schedule shift so you’re back at $10.55 for the week.... if you NEED a job, take this, they hire just about any damn body. But if you have the time to find something better stay far far away!
