The Sydney team is lucky to have a number of really talented people, both local and expat, creating a really good mix of diversity. We often debate and challenge each other, working as a team towards a unified goal.
Cons
Like any business, can have its quirks, such as the lengthy approval process - this is something management are well aware of and are working hard to create a process that is suitable for both the local and international side of the business.
