Poor leadership: CEO departed Mar 2020 . The interim CEO runs the company as if we're in China. Forcefully push non-essential employees to jump the line and receive Covid vaccine from the sister company, Chinese Hospital. COO spread thin. Very inappropriate! Lashes out his direct reports. Toxic and manipulative! Poor operation management = loss in talent, kills employee retention, burnt out employees, no processes, and no systems. HR is a joke and ran by clowns. Org works to please the board without any healthcare background. Role: Hired for one job and then expected to perform two jobs. NO training and onboarding. NO room for learning, development and growth. NO respect! Toxic and hostile working environment. Devices: Must use Personal Laptop! Sign a contract to work from home without cellphone and wifi reimbursement. Org: Significant reduction on membership. Their health plans are absolutely useless.
