The cons are you are punished for being ill or for saying what shifts you are available for the month after being asked, you get pay taken from you if you don't play by their rules, the directors don't know how to run a business or even how to deal with day to day running of a business! You get spoken to like dirt and made to work up to 12 hour days and not have a break because you will questioned as to where you are... all in all it's a joke.

Coming from someone who's had to work here for almost 2 weeks, this doesn't even deserve a 1 star! I blame most of this on how unprofessionally the owners dealt with myself and others whilst I was working there. I sadly spent more money travelling from the South to West Yorkshire during the summer for interviews and unpaid(!!!!) training days than the amount of money I got paid-I was willing to look passed this if I was treated with respect and not as a child, being told to 'smile' every half an hour whilst making phone calls to customers. Most unprofessional business I've ever had to work for, absolutely awful! To top it all off, I was told that the business has 'over-employed' and that my position is no longer needed over a PHONE CALL! As they still do advertise on recruiting websites, I strongly advise anyone who's interested in applying, to think twice as you might end up in a rut like myself and missing out on other amazing job opportunities elsewhere.
