      It's a very casual work setting

      Cons

      The pay and expectations. They expect you to do $90,000 work for $30,000 pay. No real benefits... PTO that you can only take during the holidays isn't PTO. No other benefits otherwise.

      Low salary. Will let go of the employees for no reason and will say that you have an issue even if you're working good for the client. The company doesn't have any values at all! Culture's bad. Politics from the management
